As a result of more than 44 film nights, over the past two years, we have developed a loyal following of 300-500 locals each movie night. This has awakened a groundswell of interest in learning how to live sustainably in the city. Community demand and organic farmer requests have led us to create the first LOHAS precinct – Lifestyles Of Health And Sustainability – the biggest event you’ve never heard of. Our LOHAS precinct has been open since 15th September 2012 and is open every Saturday from 7am to 12 noon, Burleigh Heads State School, School Hall, as part of Burleigh Markets.
